History

MIDEX AIRLINES is promoted by Dr. Issam Khairallah.

Dr Khairallah started MIDEX (International Express Courier & Cargo), having its hub at Orly airport in France, in 1990 with just 10 people.
Today, the company has over 25,000 professionals in 32 countries making it the world’s fifth largest integrator.

MIDEX is part of MIDEX INTERNATIONAL Group who’s turnover for 2008 was 8.9 billion Euros (almost 45 billion AED) and is the exclusive agent for many clients including La Poste, Royal Mail Group, Swiss Post, ABX in Belgium, GLS and Chronopost. Several more exclusive agreements are in the negotiating stages in countries like India and China.

MIDEX AIRLINES takes its Corporate Social Responsibility seriously.
In September 2006, it offered for free, Two (2) aircraft A300B4-203F to transport Ninety (90 tons) of relief aid on behalf of the International Red Cross Society (IRCS) from France to war-ravaged Lebanon, thus saving the IRCS some 200,000 Euros in charter, crew, fuel and landing costs.
